3 Easy Ways To Make Chia Seed Smoothie Recipe [FREE!]

Today I’m going to share with you guys my favorite, top three, chia seed smoothie recipes that I love to make at home.

But there’s no added sugar, they’re all very refreshing, and colorful.

What is Chia Seed?

Okay, so you’re probably wondering, what is chia seed? It’s known to be one of the healthiest foods on the planet. They are loaded with antioxidants, high in quality protein, omega-3 fatty-acids, and can lower the risk of heart disease.

Chia seed can also help you lose weight, by blocking calorie absorption, and can improve energy as much as a sports drink.

They’re flavorless, but they add a nice crunchy texture.

1. Sunshine Mango

This first recipe, I call it the Sunshine Mango. It’s bright, it’s fun,and I love the sunshine.

  1. You will need a 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks
  2. 1/4 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
  3. Two tablespoons chia
  4. You will need a 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks seed
  5. And a 1/2 cup of orange juice

Let’s start by adding in the orange juice, the pineapple chunks, mango chunks.

Now we’re going to blend everything together.

After it’s blended, add in your chia seeds and mix it well. The combination of the fruits mix together so well, I can smell the orange, and the mango.

It’s so mouthwatering.

Now I’m going to add some strawberries on the side of my glass to give it a nice decorative look.

I suggest for you to chill your glass if you want the straw berries to stick on better. Lastly, you want to scoop in your smoothie, if it’s super thick, or just pour it in very slowly.

Oh, I love how gorgeous this drink turned out.

Aside from that, it tastes so delicious.

The nice citrus scent just makes it so refreshing.

I can definitely smell the natural fruits of the orange and the mango twist.

2. Pink Princess

This next one is a beautiful mix of sweet berries.

I call it the Pink Princess.

To make this you will need:

  1. 1/2 of frozen strawberries
  2. 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries
  3. 1/2 cup of almond milk
  4. Two tablespoons chia seed
  5. And a 1/4 cup of ice

Let’s start by putting in the ice, followed by the almond milk, the strawberries, raspberries, and then mix them together.

Sometimes the smoothie can turn out super thick, but you can always add in a little extra almond milk. After blending the ingredients, now add in the chia seeds. You just want to mix your chia seeds, don’t blend it.

For this Pink Princess I’m going to add in slices of bananas on the side of my glass.

Ooo, yummy! This is such a delightful combination of berries.

I love the sweet scent of strawberries. It’s so mouth watering and delicious!

3. Purple Berry Thin

I call this next delicious monster my Purple Berry Thin.

The things you need for the smoothie:

  1. 1/2 cupof frozen blueberries
  2. One frozen ripe banana
  3. Two tablespoons chia seed
  4. 1/2 cup of coconut water
  5. And a 1/4 cup of ice

First add in the ice, your coconut water, followed by the frozen blueberries, then the frozen banana.

And then, blend everything together.

A little tip I like to use is a spoon when I’m pouring in my liquid, so that it doesn’t pour in too fast, and the fruits will stick better to the side of my glass.

Since this smoothie is a little bit more loose, I’m going to sprinkle my chia seeds on top. This Purple Berry Thin has a great combination of sweet and tart. The smoothness from the banana, and the tartness from the berry goes so hand in hand together.

It’s a beautiful vibrant purple, and yummy for this hot weather.

Alright my lovelies, don’t forget to leave comment below when you make one yourself, and share it to your friends or family who you think will enjoy these smoothie recipes.
